What are Factor’s delivery times?
You choose the date, time, and location for your delivery. If you’re not home, just leave special instructions so the driver can safely leave your box. Simply select your preferred delivery day and a convenient time slot.
How are my meals kept fresh while out for delivery?
The quality of your meals is very important to us – that’s why we deliver them with cooling packs in well-insulated boxes. This way, they stay fresh and full of flavor during transit and remain cool for hours after delivery. For best results, place them directly in the refrigerator.
Do I have to be home to accept delivery?
No. Factor's couriers will follow your special delivery instructions if you aren’t home to receive your order.
How much extra do you charge for delivery?
Deliveries are made through trusted delivery partners to ensure your box arrives promptly and safely. Your delivery costs are charged separately from your box price and are calculated at check-out.
How long will my meals stay fresh after delivery?
Your meals will stay fresh for up to 7 days when stored correctly in the fridge. Each meal has an “Enjoy By” date printed on the clear plastic film, reducing the risk of any meals going to waste.
