With Factor, you can easily skip a week if it's inconvenient or you're on vacation. All you have to do is pause your subscription before the weekly deadline, which is every Wednesday at 11:59 PM, one week before the scheduled delivery.

Plans can change from week to week—that's why you always have the option to skip a delivery. Just remember to pause your order before the weekly deadline, which is every Wednesday at 11:59 PM, one week before the scheduled delivery.

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on "My menu"
  • Select the delivery day for the week you want to skip.
  • Then click on "Skip week".


Use the App to see an overview of your upcoming weeks, allowing you to easily plan your meals.

Until then, you can cancel your Factor subscription in the following ways:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on your name in the top right corner and then click "Account Settings".
  • Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.
